Tanglaw Advisory is a boutique social impact enterprise offering strategic advisory services to mission-driven founders and organizations navigating operational strain, increased complexity, and the kind of crises that keep returning because nothing upstream has ever been fixed.
We don't treat dysfunction like a guilty verdict. We treat it like a clue: evidence of a gap somewhere in the structure, protecting a risk or a roadblock that's never been named. Our work is finding that gap, and building what closes it for good.

Janelle Alba Garner is an award-winning sustainability strategist, business advisor, and strategic operations consultant shaping a new standard of social impact: one that allows organizations to sustain the mission and the people serving it, without sacrificing one for the other.
As Founder of Tanglaw Advisory, Janelle is a leading voice in regenerative leadership and conscious capacity building. Her point of view has been sharpened by a decade inside mission-driven organizations, and by becoming a founder herself, feeling firsthand what it costs to carry a mission that's outgrown the structure meant to hold it.
